Functional Training Schedule (Led by Mike Vann)

Functional Training (HIIT)-  This class is taught by Mike Vann, B.S Exercise Sports Science-Personal trainer  who has over 18 years experience!! Invloves workouts that mimic everyday movements that we all make throughout each day. These workouts are designed and taught in progressions. The class will teach you the 9 foundational movements that is the basis of our plan. We do a lot of barbell work, Medicine ball and ring work in this class. These workouts are taught at High Intensity but for a shorter period of time. These workouts are done under a clock so you set your own personal time or record. These workouts are also partnered based and a lot of fun.
